We started using Central in December 2014 as we were dissatisfied with the service we were receiving from our other suppliers. At the beginning, we only used a couple of staff per week, but have gradually increased the numbers and are now using thirty plus staff on a regular basis.
The nature of our business dictates that we require additional staff at very short notice to meet customer demand which can be sporadic in nature. Andy Scott is the main contact and he reacts very quickly with the Supervisors to provide staff that he has personally inducted from the pool, which he holds at very short notice.
As we operate 24/7, Andy always makes himself available out of office hours and at weekends to answer queries and meet our Business requirements. The Supervisors have greatly welcomed this service and it makes their job much easier knowing they have the full support of Andy.
A testimonial to this, is that many of the staff that have started through Central now have contracts directly with us.
The Accounts department have also welcomed the quick responses that they receive to any payroll queries and the good working relationship that they have in working together to make the process run smoothly.
