We are pleased to share that our Operations Director, Mark Trett, and HR Advisor, James Gibson, recently attended a workshop focused on tackling modern slavery in UK businesses, as part of our commitment to the Stronger Together Initiative.
At our core, we understand that the eradication of modern slavery is an essential part of building a fair, equitable, and sustainable future. Our participation in this workshop reflects our dedication to taking tangible action towards tackling this issue head-on.
During the workshop, we examined the key challenges and shared best practices for identifying and addressing modern slavery within our company and our supply chain. We had the privilege of learning from experts in the field, gaining insights on the latest legislative developments and understanding the importance of due diligence in mitigating the risks associated with modern slavery.
Through the workshop, we gained valuable knowledge and practical strategies to identify and prevent modern slavery within our business operations by strengthening policies, training our staff, and enhancing transparency in our supply chains.
