Job Description: We are seeking a Quality Controller to join our client’s team in Hartlepool. As a Quality Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the excellence and consistency of our concrete products. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough inspections of concrete products to assess quality and compliance with specifications.
- Performing tests and measurements to evaluate product characteristics, including strength, durability, and appearance.
- Recording and analyzing data from quality inspections to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records of quality control activities.
- Upholding Health & Safety protocols and promoting a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in quality control or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
- Ability to work 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday), 7am-4pm.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and techniques is advantageous.
- Understanding of Health & Safety regulations and commitment to compliance.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
