Production Operative
Central Employment is currently looking for production operatives to work in a manufacturing Company for one our clients based in Cramlington. Initial training for the role will be in London for a 3-month period before returning to the Northeast to be based in the Cramlington site. All expenses paid for (accommodation, travel and food)
Initial training
The initial training for the role will be based on a different site (London) so the right candidate must be willing to spend the first 3 months in London, we are happy to discuss this further.
Responsibilities
- Ability to work at a fast pace
- Light assembly
- Heavy assembly including power tools
- Wiring electrical components
- Opportunity to progress to Machine operating including CNC.
- Good Time Management.
Candidate Requirements
- Able to commit to both shifts
- Fully flexible for overtime.
- Warehouse/production experience preferred
Rate of Pay
£12.50 per hour (Paid weekly)
Shift Times & Days: Monday -Friday (Double day shift) 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm. Time management is essential. Shorter shift on Fridays. Weekend work included
Location: Cramlington NE23 1WH
This role is ongoing with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate after the 12 week mark granted time and attendance and performance has been at the right level
