At Central Employment we are looking for someone to join our pharmaceutical client in Cramlington. You will be providing administrative support to the Quality Assurance team.  and will play a crucial role in maintaining compliant and up-to-date documentation. You will develop proactive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and perform all activities per cGMP requirements.

This is an 18-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review archival processes to ensure proper logging, traceability, and location tracking.
  • Execute Documentation Retrieval Challenges to comply with data governance requirements.
  • Manage document filing and disposal in alignment with the Company Records Retention Schedule.
  • Handle archiving for QA systems including documentation for Analytical Standards, Quality Agreements, Retained Samples, Supplier Management, and Change Controls.
  • Provide support for Documentation Requests for audits.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety guidelines.
