As a Construction Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be the crucial link between our valued clients and talented candidates. Your dynamic role will encompass a range of responsibilities, including:
- Utilizing your exceptional sales, business development, and marketing techniques to attract business from client companies.
- Building and nurturing positive relationships with clients through regular visits, understanding their unique needs, industries, cultures, and environments.
- Harnessing the power of social media to advertise positions, engage with candidates, and foster relationships.
- Proactively identifying and approaching potential candidates through headhunting strategies.
- Utilizing candidate databases to expertly match the perfect individual to our client’s vacancies.
- Managing the entire candidate process, from receiving and reviewing applications to conducting interviews, tests, and creating a tailored shortlist.
- Guiding candidates through job responsibilities ensuring a clear understanding.
- Orchestrating interviews, facilitating seamless connections between clients and candidates.
- Providing valuable guidance to clients and candidates on matters such as pay rates, training, and career advancement.
- Embracing a target-oriented mindset to surpass placement goals and generate new business leads.
- Continuously assessing and enhancing our recruitment strategies and techniques for optimal effectiveness.
