Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Weld to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
- Monitor performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure precision and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance on Welding machines to ensure optimal functionality.
Requirements:
- Awareness of those around you
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time & attendance.
- Proven experience as a MIG Welder
Shift Pattern:
- Morning Shift: [7am-3pm Monday-Friday]
- Afternoon Shift: [3pm-11pm Monday-Friday]
- Night Shift: [11pm-7am Sunday-Thursday]
Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay rate of £12.50, plus shift allowance.
