Central Employment is thrilled to announce an opening for a TPM Technician (Tooling) that is tailor-made for engineering enthusiasts. In this role, you will have the exceptional opportunity to apply your engineering skills and expertise to support the Tooling & Manufacturing departments. Your mission will be to spearhead the TPM cleaning of Mould Tools, playing a pivotal role in the operation of a world-class manufacturing department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply your engineering prowess to execute TPM on existing mould tools.
• Take charge of the precise location and seamless movement of tools between production and tooling departments.
• Utilize your engineering acumen to perform TPM cleaning maintenance on production mould tools.
• Collaborate with Toolmakers and employ bench work techniques to undertake minor refurbishment and repair of mould tools.
• Champion safety checks and actively participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Leverage your engineering skills to carry out TPM preventative maintenance in accordance with a meticulously planned schedule and documented procedures.
• Employ your problem-solving abilities to identify and address repairs, with the aim of preventing re-occurrence and bolstering tool robustness.
• Keep meticulous records of mould tool work, ensuring comprehensive Tool room documentation.
• Contribute your engineering insight to enhance and maintain 5S standards within the tooling department.
• Engage your engineering mindset to excel in TPM on tooling, with the complexity depending on your experience.
• Exhibit your engineering finesse in the preparation of new tooling, encompassing tasks like de-crating and the thorough cleaning of mould protectors.
• Apply your precision to complete all quality-related documentation and conduct daily yellow card analysis, constantly improving reliability.
• Contribute to documenting standard operating procedures.
• Embrace any other pertinent duties required by the business.

Skills & Experience:

Desirable

• Engineering experience relevant to the main duties is advantageous but not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive training.

Working Hours:

• Three shift Rotation
