Drivers Mate

Central Employment are recruiting on behalf of our client for Drivers Mates in Thirsk YO7 on an ADHOC basis.

Expected hours to be around 10-20 hours per week (10-hour shifts)

Starts times 05.30am

£11.44 Per hour

Working Mondays and Saturdays however requirements and day cold change owing to been ADHOC and Zero Hours contract.

Requirements:

Previous Experience as a driving mate is preferred.

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks throughout the day.

Good customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist the delivery driver in loading and unloading items from the delivery vehicle

Safely and efficiently navigate through assigned routes to deliver goods to customers

Help with heavy lifting and carrying of packages, ensuring they are properly secured

Communicate effectively with the delivery driver and customers to provide excellent service – Assist in maintaining accurate records of delivered packages and collecting necessary signatures.
