CEA have provided MPS with agency labour for a number of years, as the sole supplier. The company has an ever-expanding pool of temporary labour and employs approx 40-50 of these staff over a 24/6 shift pattern on a weekly basis.

We started using Central in December 2014 as we were dissatisfied with the service we were receiving from our other suppliers. At the beginning, we only used a couple of staff per week, but have gradually increased the numbers and are now using thirty plus staff on a regular basis.
The nature of our business dictates that we require additional staff at very short notice to meet customer demand which can be sporadic in nature. Andy Scott is the main contact and he reacts very quickly with the Supervisors to provide staff that he has personally inducted from the pool, which he holds at very short notice.
