Central Employment’s Marketing & Digital team continue to expand its UK client and candidate footprint, with a new senior search marketing opportunity, joining an award winning Digital Marketing agency in Glasgow. The are looking for a new SEO Manager reporting into the Head of SEO.

  • Glasgow/hybrid based

This role will involve overseeing key client accounts, managing relationships and working alongside internal and external teams to deliver results. We’re looking for strong technical SEO, account management, presentation and client communication skills, and previous agency experience would be valuable, but is not essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Create SEO strategies to achieve client objectives and aims.
  • Oversee client accounts and maintain relationships with key contacts.
  • Perform in-depth on-site, technical and backlink profile reviews.
  • Attend and lead regular client calls and meetings.
  • Monitor performance of strategies and identify areas of improvement.
  • Contribute to new business pitches.
  • Produce bespoke client reports in multiple formats

Essentials

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in SEO or closely related digital marketing role
  • 2 yrs SEO/digital agency experience
  • Keyword research
  • On-page optimisation
  • Content strategy & creation
  • Google Search Console & GA4
  • SEMRush, Screaming Frog & other SEO tools
