We have used Central Employment to recruit our temporary staff for nearly 5 years. Central Employment Agency have been supporting PACCOR since 2017 following issues we faced with our previous temporary labour supplier. I can confidently say that since we started a working relationship with Central, that we have had no concerns at all, and have since utilised their services across all three of our sites within the UK for both temporary and permanent placements.

Faye is currently our main point of contact and has supported our temporary recruitment requirements across the North East and Midlands and has offered an exemplary service. CEA have provided MPS with agency labour for a number of years, as the sole supplier. The company has an ever-expanding pool of temporary labour and employs approx 40-50 of these staff over a 24/6 shift pattern on a weekly basis.

The account has been very well handled by Mark Trett predominantly, who has faced a number of challenges from us to turn labour around very quickly to meet our ever changing production plan! Mark always rises to this challenge and provides excellent service as and when we need it.

Recently, Mark has employed other members of his team to work with our account to provide a broader range of cover. To date this has worked very well, with other team members continuing in the same vein as the service Mark gives.

Central Employment Agency has been sole supplier to Spicer’s in Newcastle with temporary workers for almost 6 years. Spicer’s have between 15 and 50 agency staff from Central on a regular basis. Working over 2 shifts and occasionally 3 shifts per day.

The account has been very well handed by Phil Bennett. Phil regularly visits the site and keeps in touch and always manages to supply labour at short notice with our ever-changing production plan.

We have a very good working relationship with Central and Phil in particular.

We started using Central in December 2014 as we were dissatisfied with the service we were receiving from our other suppliers. At the beginning, we only used a couple of staff per week, but have gradually increased the numbers and are now using thirty plus staff on a regular basis.

The nature of our business dictates that we require additional staff at very short notice to meet customer demand which can be sporadic in nature. Andy Scott is the main contact and he reacts very quickly with the Supervisors to provide staff that he has personally inducted from the pool, which he holds at very short notice.

I Love Wallpaper began to use Central Employment in March 2020 for temporary warehouse staff. We, on very short notice, needed to double our workforce to run two shifts. Central Employment were able to provide several suitable workers on very short notice to help get us through our busiest ever period.
