We started using Central in December 2015 as we were dissatisfied with the service we were receiving from our other suppliers. At the beginning, we only used a couple of staff per week, but have gradually increased these numbers due to the high quality of Staff Central have supplied.
The nature of our business dictates that we require additional staff at very short notice to meet customer demand which can be sporadic in nature.
Phil Bennett is the main contact and he reacts very quickly with the Supervisors to provide staff that he has personally inducted from the pool. He is very professional, organised and always has a good pool of candidates available for work at short notice.
A testimonial to this, is that many of the staff that have started through Central now have contracts directly with us.
The Accounts department have also welcomed the quick responses that they receive to any payroll queries and the good working relationship that they have in working together to make the process run smoothly.
