CEA have provided MPS with agency labour for a number of years, as the sole supplier. The company has an ever-expanding pool of temporary labour and employs approx 40-50 of these staff over a 24/6 shift pattern on a weekly basis.
The account has been very well handled by Mark Trett predominantly, who has faced a number of challenges from us to turn labour around very quickly to meet our ever changing production plan! Mark always rises to this challenge and provides excellent service as and when we need it.
Recently, Mark has employed other members of his team to work with our account to provide a broader range of cover. To date this has worked very well, with other team members continuing in the same vein as the service Mark gives.
