- Hybrid, 3 days from the County Durham office
- £28,000-£35,000 DOE + bonus options post probation
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of paid social campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients across e-commerce, automotive and hospitality
Responsibility
- Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, focusing on conversion and ROAS.
- Design comprehensive paid social strategies that align with client business goals, from prospecting to retargeting.
- Implement and troubleshoot tracking pixels, Conversions API and product feeds to ensure accurate data attribution.
- Conduct continuous testing on creative, audiences, and placements to scale account performance.
- Work closely with our organic and media teams to ensure ad assets are high-performing.
- Manage significant monthly spends, providing accurate forecasting and ensuring budgets are paced effectively across the month.
- Write data-driven creative briefs for the design team, translating past performance into innovative visual recommendations.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2-3 years in a dedicated Paid Social role.
- A track record of hitting target KPIs (CPA, ROAS, Lead Gen) and managing large-scale budgets.
- Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager is essential.
- A strong attention to detail and comfort working within e-commerce.
- Ability to explain KPIs & technical metrics (like attribution models) to clients and stakeholders.
- An understanding of what makes a “scroll-stopping” ad in the current social landscape.
