Central Employment is excited to announce an outstanding opportunity with one of our esteemed manufacturing clients based in Exeter. We are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders for accounts with outstanding balances
• Actively pursue overdue payments to meet terms
• Initiate proactive calls to ensure timely payment of outstanding amounts
• Address and resolve any account or invoice queries
• Perform account reconciliation tasks
• Establish new customer profiles in the system
• Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships
• Undertake additional responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in credit control
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient numerical and analytical abilities
• Methodical and organized with a knack for meeting deadlines.
• Self-motivated and adept at taking initiative
• Adaptable mindset and the capability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
• Solid proficiency in IT and Excel
