Central Employment is thrilled to partner with a fantastic client in the search for a dynamic individual to join their team as an Administrator. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy juggling multiple responsibilities, this role might just be the perfect fit for you.


  • Support the Sales Director with various administrative tasks, including diary management, communication, and expense tracking.
  • Prepare documentation to facilitate customer proposals, orders, and client updates.
  • Assist directors with general duties to ensure smooth operations and effective team communication.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries and requests.


  • Confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Strong administrative skills, proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word.
  • Adaptable and flexible approach to work, capable of managing a complex workload.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with both internal staff and external customers.
  • Proven ability to efficiently manage the diaries of senior leaders.

Hours and Salary:

  • Full-time office-based role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
  • Basic Salary: £24,000 per annum plus bonus and other benefits (to be discussed).
