Central Employment is currently seeking a Temporary Communications and Financial Administrator to join our client who is a Management Consultancy specialising in claims, casualty, and risk management solutions for their valued clients.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and prioritise all incoming correspondence, ensuring timely identification of new incidents.
- Verify insurance entries in databases and collaborate with other departments to address queries.
- Digitise and file incoming correspondence in the system, updating relevant parties as necessary.
- Monitor emails and other inboxes, promptly distributing and taking appropriate actions.
- Initiate new claims processing procedures.
- Handle purchase invoices and fee payments, preparing them for the initial stages of payment processing.
- Establish new payee bank details accurately and securely.
- Scrutinize sales invoices generated by the finance team for precision and correctness.
- Regularly update and maintain various databases to ensure accurate information.
- Manage records related to archival storage, retrieval, and the collection of boxes.

- Proficiency in prioritising tasks effectively.
- Strong teamwork abilities.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to acquire new knowledge and skills.
- Comfortable with various IT applications.
- Familiarity with Outlook is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated track record of office experience.
