• Monitor emails and other inboxes, promptly distributing and taking appropriate actions.
• Initiate new claims processing procedures.
• Handle purchase invoices and fee payments, preparing them for the initial stages of payment processing.
• Establish new payee bank details accurately and securely.
• Scrutinize sales invoices generated by the finance team for precision and correctness.
• Regularly update and maintain various databases to ensure accurate information.
• Manage records related to archival storage, retrieval, and the collection of boxes.
