- Posting customer cash receipts on a daily basis.
- Conducting weekly bank reconciliations.
- Compiling and distributing weekly and monthly management reports.
- Aiding in general ledger analysis and reconciliations.
- Providing support to the broader finance office team and various depots as needed.
- Previous experience as an Accounts assistance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a finance team
- Exceptional numerical and analytical abilities
- Methodical and well-organised, capable of handling pressure to meet deadlines
- Self-driven and proactive, demonstrating initiative
- Adaptable mindset, excelling in a collaborative team setting
- Display a remarkable level of precision and attention to detail
- Proficient in IT and Excel applications
