CEA have teamed up with International Creative Communications Agency Keltie Cochrane as they look to expand there client portfolio.
The agency, based in Newcastle upon Tyne provide a host of services in including web design, advertising, marketing and animation. They work with some leading brands across the globe including Rolling Stone Magazine, Lucas Film and Phillips.
