Rick has joined the industrial recruitment team at Central having previously worked in recruitment for several years.
Rick puts his excellent relationship building skills at the forefront of everything he does which ensures he builds an impressive partnership with his clients for ongoing success. Having spent time working in the financial sector and sales, Rick had an opportunity to move into recruitment. Rick was a 360 recruiter for temporary and permanent roles which is how he gained the extensive knowledge of different industries and roles which he needed to move into an industrial recruitment role with Central. Rick is always on hand to deliver a brilliant client and candidate experience and strives to ensure his client’s needs are met through on-site inductions and regular client meetings.
Rick spends his spare time with his wife and daughter and loves exploring new places and holidaying. He is also an avid follower of Leeds United and is frequent visitor to Elland Road.
