Central Employment is working in partnership with a UK-leading eCommerce web-print specialist based in the North East.
Job Overview:
Our client is looking to recruit an Enthusiastic and passionate Customer Service representative to join their customer service team within Cramlington.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deal with customers daily politely and professionally.
- Respond to emails efficiently and make ad-hoc follow-up calls when necessary.
- Ensure prompt resolution of all problems or complaints, including arranging reprints or processing refunds/discount codes.
- Review reprinted jobs before dispatch.
- Track deliveries with the courier service and record relevant information.
- Manage returned jobs via the courier service.
- Accurately log all calls throughout the day.
- Handle immediate contact channels daily, including calls, chat service, and social media.
- Respond to reviews on Trustpilot.
Requirements:
- Good telephone manners, understanding, and empathy skills.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
- High-level accuracy.
- Good multitasker able to handle multiple priorities.
- Customer service experience is required.
