I Love Wallpaper began to use Central Employment in March 2020 for temporary warehouse staff. We, on very short notice, needed to double our workforce to run two shifts. Central Employment were able to provide several suitable workers on very short notice to help get us through our busiest ever period.
Shaun Kyle primarily manages the account, and he has been instrumental in ensuring we are getting the best possible staff – whether it be for temporary labour or specialized roles within the business.
Shaun has created a specialized induction for any new staff, and he visits site regularly to conduct appraisals, attend meetings and induct new workers for the talent pool.
Due to the nature of the industry and the challenges that have arose throughout 2020, a lot of our staffing needs are very short notice – and we have never been let down by Central Employment despite the tight time constraints.
I began my time at I Love Wallpaper via Central Employment, and it was Shaun who placed me here and arranged that. We have a fantastic working relationship; he has been fantastic to work with to find the right people to keep driving our business forward and match customer demand which has been at an all time high.
