Recruitment Consultant – Commercial Temps – Newcastle upon Tyne office

The Temp Controller exists to facilitate business functions at branch level recruiting and placing applicants with suitable client companies. They will represent CEA to new, existing and potential applicants and clients dedicated to providing support, advice and solutions for them.

The key accountabilities of the Job:

To place recruited and selected applicants with companies and jobs through successful matching given knowledge of the client requirements and the availability and quality of CEA recruits. To undertake dedicated research and marketing activities in search for new booking opportunities and expanded applicant base in order to provide more matches and contracts for CEA. To provide clear and reliable advice in existing relationships in order to build trust with clients and applicants and sustain business efforts in everyone’s interests; To make a swift and accurate decisions to fill bookings for clients through rapid assimilation and consideration of information alternatives. To provide expert support and advice within the branch knowing the auctions and procedures of the team in order to contribute to the smooth running of branch and achievement of aims.
