This summer marks a significant milestone for Central Employment as we proudly celebrate the 10th anniversary of our management buyout. A decade ago, our four directors, Paul Ponton, Mark Trett, Will Palmer and Steve Hart—driven by a shared vision and commitment—embarked on an ambitious journey to re-shape the future business. In 2015, our directors took a bold step, acquiring Central and setting a new course for the business. Their vision was clear: to build a dynamic, forward-thinking recruitment and training agency that puts people at the heart of everything we do. Over the past ten years, this vision has guided every decision, from investing in our people and technology to expanding our reach across the region.

One of the most significant milestones in our journey was the move to our state-of-the-art headquarters at Portland House. Our new offices have not only provided a vibrant environment for our team but have also enabled us to deliver an even higher standard of service to our clients and candidates.
Expanding Our Reach: Teesside Office
Our commitment to growth and regional development led to the opening of our Teesside office, headed up by Branch Manager, Collette Bolton – a move that has proved instrumental in strengthening our presence across the North East. The Teesside team has gone from strength to strength, forging strong relationships with local businesses and job seekers, and playing a pivotal role in our continued expansion. This success is a testament to the dedication and expertise of our people, who consistently go above and beyond to deliver outstanding results.
