Central Employment is working with a national organisation highly regarded for providing high-quality care, support, and housing to vulnerable groups across the UK. We are partnering with this client as they take on a large contract from the UK Government. This is a temporary position with potential for extension. 

About the Role: 

Join our dynamic team supporting individuals and families under a Central Government contract. We are recruiting Welfare Support Co-ordinators to deliver exceptional care and safeguarding for vulnerable families. This role demands cultural sensitivity, empathy, and commitment to outstanding service. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide administrative support to managers and welfare support officers 
  • Maintain accurate records for audit purposes 
  • Plan and deliver welfare support interventions 
  • Coordinate activities and transport for service users 

Role Criteria: 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database use 
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent planning and coordination abilities 
  • Supportive, trustworthy, and empathetic 

Requirements: 

  • Entitlement to work in the UK 
  • Enhanced DBS/Security checks

Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum for full-time or £16,250 per annum prorated for part-time
