Job Description: Technical Operator – Robotic Manufacturing Cell

Job Purpose

The Technical Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of an automated robotic manufacturing cell. This role involves loading materials, monitoring robotic equipment, performing quality checks, troubleshooting minor faults, and ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor robotic manufacturing cells and associated equipment.
• Load raw materials and unload finished products according to production schedules.
• Start up, shut down, and reset equipment following established procedures.
• Monitor machine performance, cycle times, and production output.
• Perform quality inspections and record production data.
• Respond to machine alarms and minor equipment faults.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.

Required Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing or automated production environments is preferred.
