Production Operator

Central Employment are recruiting for Pharmaceutical Operators for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Northumberland. This is an excellent opportunity to join a globally recognised business and develop a long-term career within pharmaceutical manufacturing.

The Role

You'll be responsible for operating production equipment, processing batches, completing production documentation, and ensuring products are manufactured safely and to GMP standards. You'll also carry out routine equipment checks, support continuous improvement activities, and work closely with colleagues across production and quality teams.

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, production, pharmaceutical, chemical, or food industry experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• GMP experience is advantageous but not essential
•  

Shift Pattern

Rotating shifts:

• 6:00am to 2:00pm
• 2:00pm to 10:00pm
• 10:00pm to 6:00am
