Serious Injury Lawyer
A leading law firm is looking to appoint a Serious Injury Lawyer to join its established claimant personal injury team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a specialist department handling complex and high-value injury claims while delivering outstanding support to clients throughout the litigation process.
The successful candidate will work on a diverse caseload of serious injury matters, including life-changing and catastrophic injury claims, alongside experienced legal professionals and external experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of serious injury claims from initial instruction through to conclusion.
- Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients while maintaining exceptional levels of client care.
- Drafting legal documents, witness statements, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Liaising with barristers, medical experts, rehabilitation providers, and other third parties.
- Conducting legal research and assisting in the development of case strategies.
- Ensuring files are managed in line with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Supporting the continued growth and success of the personal injury team.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience handling serious injury or high-value personal injury matters.
- Demonstrable experience managing complex claimant cases.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Excellent drafting, organisational, and analytical abilities.
- Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Empathetic, proactive, and committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.
