Temp Administrator

We are currently looking for a temporary administrator on behalf of our client to join their projects team at a brand-new bakery site in Wakefield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills looking for an immediate start.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
Either 8:00am – 4:00pm or 9:00am – 5:00pm (final shift pattern to be confirmed)
Rate of pay:
£12.71
Duration:
4 weeks initially, with the possibility of an extension depending on business requirements.
The Role:
You will provide administrative support to the on-site projects team, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of project administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing general administrative support to the projects team.
• Raising purchase orders using SAP (full training provided).
• Assisting with timesheets and checking employee hours.
• Using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications to maintain records and support daily tasks.
What We're Looking For:
• Previous administration experience.
• Basic IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• SAP experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
