We are currently looking for a temporary administrator on behalf of our client to join their projects team at a brand-new bakery site in Wakefield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills looking for an immediate start. Working Hours: Monday to Friday Either 8:00am 4:00pm or 9:00am 5:00pm (final shift pattern to be confirmed) Rate of pay: £12.71 Duration: 4 weeks initially, with the possibility of an extension depending on business requirements. The Role: You will provide administrative support to the on-site projects team, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of project administration. Key Responsibilities: Providing general administrative support to the projects team. Raising purchase orders using SAP (full training provided). Assisting with timesheets and checking employee hours. Using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications to maintain records and support daily tasks. What We're Looking For: Previous administration experience. Basic IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. SAP experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
