We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Success/Account Manager to join my clients dynamic client services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and helping them maximise the value of our products and services. Responsibilities Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact. Understand clients business objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. Onboard new clients effectively, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of our offerings. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or products. Monitor client health metrics and address any issues or concerns promptly to prevent churn. Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, product development, and support to ensure client requirements are met efficiently. Conduct regular review meetings with clients to assess satisfaction levels and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Develop comprehensive account plans to support client retention strategies and growth initiatives. Skills Proven experience in customer success, account management, or related roles within a B2B environment, ideally in digital marketing, technology or SaaS. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport easily. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools for tracking customer interactions and health metrics. Ability to problem-solve effectively and demonstrate empathy towards clients needs. Knowledge of industry-specific products or services is advantageous but not essential.
