Trainee Bench Joiner

Finishing Sprayer (Training provided)
Hartlepool
£13.50 per hour
Monday to Thursday, 6:00am – 4:30pm

Central Employment are working on behalf of our client to recruit a Finishing Sprayer to join their established manufacturing team in Hartlepool.

This role sits within the final stages of production, focusing on the lacquering, staining and finishing of products to a high-quality standard. While training will be provided, we are looking for someone with a natural eye for detail and a pride in delivering a flawless finish.

Key responsibilities:

• Applying lacquer, stain and finishes to products
• Ensuring a consistent, high-quality finish across all items
• Identifying and correcting imperfections such as runs, streaks or smudges
• Preparing surfaces prior to spraying
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Working to production schedules while maintaining strict quality standards

What we’re looking for:

• A very strong eye for detail and high standards of work
• Someone who takes pride in producing a perfect finish
• A careful, methodical approach – someone who won’t rush the job
• Previous spraying experience is beneficial (e.g. automotive, furniture, home projects)
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable and able to work effectively within a team
