Pay Rate - £13.50 per hour
Hours of Work - Monday to Thursday, 6:00am – 4:30pm

Central Employment are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Trainee Joiner to join a well-established manufacturing team based in Hartlepool. This is a practical, hands-on opportunity working at the final stage of the production process, where quality and attention to detail are key. You’ll be responsible for carrying out finishing work on bespoke door products, ensuring each item is completed to a high standard before dispatch.

Duties will include:

• Fitting letterboxes, handles and other fixtures
• Applying trims and completing detailed finishing work
• Bench work, including touch-ups and quality checks
• Using a range of hand and power tools

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine interest in joinery or woodworking
• Is confident using hand and power tools
• Has a good eye for detail and takes pride in their work
• Brings a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Is reliable and keen to learn new skills
