The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join a busy Accounts team. This is a fast-paced, varied role supporting the day-to-day financial operations of a growing property function.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and process rental income, ensuring payments are recorded accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage rent arrears, liaising with tenants and updating landlords accordingly
- Handle payment queries and discrepancies via email and telephone
- Produce and issue monthly rental statements to landlords
- Process and arrange payment of contractor invoices
- Perform regular bank reconciliations
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service
About You
- Previous accounts experience
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach
- Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads
- Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
