Production Operative (Warehouse Operative with FLT )
Starting Salary: £12.71 - £14.43 per hour (+ shift allowance)
Hours: 37 hours per week (3 weekly shift rotation: day shift, back shift and night shift)
Location: Stockton-on-Tees

Summary
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled Production Operative (Warehouse Operative) and forklift driver to work within a highly skilled, dynamic environment in the precision fabrication and multi-plate processing industry. The Production Operative will work alongside the Primary Supervisor and the wider team to support daily production operations.

Job Role
- Following customer work schedules
- Carrying out forklift duties
- Completing daily operation, TPM (total preventative/production maintenance) and pre-operation check sheets
- Stock control (picking, packing, sorting, etc.)
- Inspecting all equipment to ensure it is in a safe working condition
- Conducting stock audits
- Supporting with other ad hoc duties as requested by your line manager (within the scope of your skills and capabilities)
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience working in a warehouse is essential
- A valid forklift licence is required (certificates must be provided)
- Experience within the manufacturing sector is beneficial but not essential
- Comprehensive training will be provided upon commencement, with ongoing development opportunities
