Position: Warehouse Operative
Location: Cramlington
Pay Rate: £13.25 per hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday – 8:00am–4:00pm
Are you a hands-on, organised individual with strong attention to detail? We’re currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a well-established company based in Cramlington. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team in a long-term role with regular hours and competitive pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing goods in and goods out, including checking deliveries and preparing goods for dispatch
- Order picking and packing to meet daily despatch requirements
- Carrying out stock counts and inventory checks to ensure accuracy
- Organising and replenishing materials within the warehouse
- Ensuring materials are stored correctly and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
- Following all health & safety procedures
- Working effectively as part of a warehouse and logistics team
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not essential
- Good attention to detail and basic numerical skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work at a steady pace
- Positive attitude and team-focused approach
