Starting Rate: £13.00 per hour + Shift Allowances
Shift Pattern: Rotating 3 Shift Pattern

7:00am – 3:00pm
3:00pm – 11:00pm
11:00pm – 7:00am

Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
Central Employment are recruiting on behalf of our Middlesbrough-based client for a Laser Operative to join their growing manufacturing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career within the steel industry, as no previous steel industry experience is required. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities

Operating laser cutting machinery
Loading and unloading materials safely
Monitoring production processes and machine performance
Conducting quality checks on finished products
Reading and following production instructions
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Supporting general manufacturing activities as required

Candidate Requirements

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential
Flexible to work a rotating 3-shift pattern
