Job Title: Production Operative – Dairy Production
Location: Stockton-on-Tees - Thorpe Leazes
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 2 week rotation - 4 day weeks
Week 1 - Tuesday to Friday - 7am-6pm
Week 2 - Monday to Thursday - 7am-6pm
Central Employment is currently recruiting on behalf of a respected dairy business based near Stockton-on-Tees. We're seeking reliable and motivated Production Operative to join our team on a temporary to permanent basic for the right person
About the Role:This is a fast-paced, hands-on role working with dairy products in a rural location. You will be responsible for assisting with the picking, cutting, and packing of items for retail distribution, training up to machine operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cutting, picking and packing dairy products to meet retail specifications and training to operate machinery
- Reporting any issues or defects to the team leader
- Working with your team to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Adhering to high food hygiene standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Full UK driving licence – due to the location, access to public transport is limited
- Previous experience in food production or packing is essential
- Must be eligible to work in the UK on a full-time basis
