Production Operator

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Process Operator to join our fast-paced production facility in Thirsk. This is a temporary to permanent role offering job security, structured shifts, and genuine opportunities to grow within the business. Both day and night shifts are available.

Your Role

You’ll play a key part in ensuring our products are made to the highest standards by:

• Mixing, weighing, packing, and labelling finished products
• Carrying out manual handling tasks (up to 25kg)
• Maintaining excellent levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
• Ensuring product quality by following company procedures
• Keeping work areas tidy and well organised in line with housekeeping standards

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to work full-time, rotating shifts
• A valid driving licence
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
• Confidence following written instructions and SOPs
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong teamwork skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads
• Good awareness of health, safety, hygiene, and quality standards (HACCP, GMP)
