Central Employment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Northumberland. Due to continued growth, we are looking for Process Operators to join the Packaging team.

Please note: You must be prepared to work a rotating shift pattern of 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring production equipment
• Running high-speed blister packing lines
• Carrying out equipment checks and basic troubleshooting
• Following cGMP standards and quality procedures
• Completing production documentation accurately
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Working closely with colleagues to achieve production targets

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A positive and proactive approach to work
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible, reliable, and willing to learn new skills
