Production Operative

Central Employment is currently recruiting for a Production Operator on behalf of a leading manufacturing client based in Cramlington. Working in a fast-paced production environment, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient reprocessing of materials, ensuring all products meet quality standards and production targets.

Shifts: 24/7 continental shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Operate reprocessing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Rework and reprocess materials.
• Monitor product quality.
• Complete production documentation.
• Maintain housekeeping standards within the work area.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience working within a manufacturing, production, or processing environment.
• Understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Ability to follow procedures.
• Good attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Desirable Requirements

• Valid FLT (Forklift Truck) licence and experience.
• Experience operating production or process equipment.
