Central Employment are recruiting on behalf of a growing and well-established business in Richmond for a Jet Washer / Pressure Washer Operative.

This is a physically active, outdoor role suited to someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and wants to be part of a supportive and hardworking team. Full training can be provided for the right candidate.

The Role

As a Jet Washer Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out industrial and commercial cleaning duties using specialist pressure washing equipment. Working across a variety of environments, you will play a key role in ensuring sites, machinery, and equipment are maintained to the highest standards.

Duties will include:

• Operating jet washing and pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently
• Cleaning machinery, industrial equipment, external surfaces, walkways, and yard areas
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times
• Following company health and safety procedures and safe working practices
• Carrying out manual handling and other physical duties as required
• Inspecting and maintaining cleaning equipment
• Keeping work areas organised, tidy, and hazard-free
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to complete projects on schedule

About You

We're looking for a reliable and motivated individual who is willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions and take pride in the quality of their work.

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience within industrial cleaning, pressure washing, or a similar hands-on environment (preferred but not essential)
• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Good attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A good understanding of health and safety requirements
• Physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual duties
• A full UK driving licence (advantageous)
