£12.71 per hour (Increase to £12.96 after 12 weeks)

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Ashington. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term employment with a company that values reliability, teamwork, and quality.
The Role:
Working as part of a friendly production team, you will be involved in the manufacturing and packing of confectionery products in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Working on production lines preparing and packing confectionery products

Quality checking products to ensure high standards are met

Labelling, boxing, and palletising finished goods

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Following food safety and health & safety procedures

Previous production or factory experience preferred (but not essential)

Good attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Whats On Offer:
