Position Details
Role: Production Operative
Shift Patterns:
- Day Shift: 6:20am 2:30pm
- Back Shift: 2:20pm 10:30pm
Pay Rate:
- £12.86 per hour (day and back shift)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate nail guns and other production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Produce high‑quality work while meeting production targets.
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organised working area.
Requirements
- Experience using nail guns or similar production machinery.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Flexibility to work across both day and back shifts.
