We are recruiting experienced Production Operators to join a busy and growing manufacturing business based in North Shields. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a full-time role with long-term prospects in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in supporting daily manufacturing and dispatch operations, including:

• Accurately picking items using hand‑held scanners or pick sheets
• Packing products safely and securely for dispatch
• Carrying out visual quality checks to identify faults or issues
• Working quickly and efficiently to meet daily production targets
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised work area
• Picking, packing, boxing, and preparing stock
• Following all Health & Safety procedures at all times
• Assisting with stock control and inventory checks when required

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or similar environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven setting
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Able to work rotating shift patterns
• Good attention to detail and accuracy

Working Hours
Monday to Friday – Rotating Shifts

Early Shift: 6:30am – 2:30pm
Late Shift: 2:30pm – 11:00pm

Pay & Contract

£12.71 per hour
