The Role
As a Process Operator, you will play a key role in the production process, helping to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Mixing, weighing, packing, and labelling finished products.
- Carrying out manual handling duties involving weights of up to 25kg.
- Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety.
- Following company procedures and quality standards to ensure product consistency.
- Keeping work areas clean, organised, and compliant with housekeeping requirements.
- Working effectively as part of a team to achieve production targets.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to work full-time rotational shifts.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, and SOPs accurately.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support colleagues.
- Flexible approach to changing workloads and priorities.
- Awareness of health, safety, hygiene, and quality standards, including HACCP and GMP.
