Location: Hetton-le-Hole (DH5)
Pay: Starting from £12.86 per hour + Overtime Available
Shifts: Rotating Day & Back Shifts

Central Employment are currently recruiting Production Operators to join a busy and expanding manufacturing company based in Hetton-le-Hole.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start work immediately, develop new skills, and secure a long-term position with a well-established employer. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.

The Role

As a Production Operator, you will play an important role in the manufacturing process, helping to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working within a fast-paced production environment
• Operating nail guns and other manufacturing equipment
• Assembling products to specification
• Carrying out quality checks
• Meeting production targets
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area

About You

• Previous production, manufacturing, or nail gun experience is advantageous but not essential

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

• Day Shift: 6:20am - 2:30pm
• Back Shift: 2:30pm - 10:30pm

Pay & Benefits

• Starting pay rate of £12.86 per hour
