Central Employment are currently recruiting Production Operatives for a busy manufacturing facility based in Washington. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company offering ongoing work, full-time hours and competitive rates of pay.
Pay Rates
- Days: £12.71 per hour
- Lates: £12.71 per hour + 15% shift allowance (£14.62 per hour)
- Nights: £12.71 per hour + 33% shift allowance (£16.90 per hour)
Duties Include
- Working on a fast-paced production line
- Assembling and packing products
- Conducting quality checks
- Operating machinery following full training
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and health & safety
- Meeting daily production targets
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not essential
- Reliable with a positive attitude
- Able to work as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Flexible to work shifts when required
