We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Manager to lead there team and oversee the day-to-day running of of a new and exciting venue near Newcastle. Working closely with the owners, you will maintain a warm, welcoming environment, deliver exceptional guest experiences, encourage repeat visits and uphold our high standards of service and presentation.
- Competitive salary of £30,000£35,000, depending on experience, plus an annual bonus scheme.

- Manage daily operations, ensuring consistently high standards of service, cleanliness, organisation and efficiency.
- Recruit, train, mentor and develop team members, building wine knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
- Oversee budgets, stock control, sales performance and profit-and-loss expectations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant environmental health, health and safety and other operational requirements.
- Work closely with the owners to maintain service quality and continuously improve the guest experience.
- Strong wine knowledge, ideally WSET Level 2 or higher, with confidence recommending wines and food pairings.
- Circa 5+ years Hospitality experience, specifically in bar, café bar or restaurant management.
- Approachable, personable and passionate about making every guest feel welcome and valued.
- Proven commercial ability, including budget management, stock control, sales growth and P&L performance.
- Excellent attention to detail and sound knowledge of environmental health and health and safety compliance.
- Strong leadership, coaching and team-development skills, with a commitment to exceptional hospitality.
