We're currently recruiting for a Factory Operative to join a busy manufacturing team in Brunswick. This is a temporary position with the potential to become long-term for the right candidate.
This is a hands-on role within a production environment, ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and takes pride in producing quality products.
Duties include:
- Manufacturing concrete wall components, pillar caps and other precast products
- Making and preparing moulds
- Coating and finishing products to quality standards
- Palletising finished goods ready for dispatch
- Manual handling and lifting of materials up to 25kg
- Carrying out basic quality checks
- Keeping the work area clean, organised and safe
- Following all health and safety procedures
What we're looking for:
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting up to 25kg
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail

- Monday to Friday working hours
